Early Life & Vision
Born and raised in Agra, Shri Rajesh Mital is the son of a school principal, which instilled in him a deep appreciation for education and strong core values. With this vision, he founded Chandra Distributors in 1979, marking the beginning of Micro Labs in Uttar Pradesh.

After gaining valuable experience through franchise operations, he took a bold step in 1986 to establish Carwel Laboratories. His unwavering commitment to quality, accessibility, and affordability has been the driving force behind the company’s growth
